FTC Disclosure

Last Revised: OCTOBER 1, 2026

Thank you for visiting Nicole Z Edwards LLC. This disclosure is intended to provide transparency regarding any affiliate links on our website.

In compliance with Federal Trade Commission (FTC) guidelines, we want to ensure that you are fully aware when we may receive compensation for promoting or recommending certain products, services, or brands. Please note that while we currently do not have affiliate links or partnerships, some links on this website may in the future be affiliate links, meaning we could receive a commission or other forms of compensation if you make a purchase through those links, at no additional cost to you.

At Nicole Z Edwards LLC, one of our primary goals is to share valuable and insightful content that enriches the experiences of our visitors, particularly creatives and entrepreneurs. While we are a for-profit business, our content and recommendations are made with your best interest in mind.

Affiliate Links and Partnerships
If we include affiliate links, it means we have an established relationship with the merchant or company offering the product or service, and if you choose to make a purchase via that link, we may earn a commission.

We only promote products, services, and businesses that we believe genuinely add value to our community and align with our own standards of quality. Affiliate relationships do not affect the integrity or impartiality of our content. Our opinions, reviews, and recommendations are never influenced by financial compensation.

Your Responsibility
While we carefully select any affiliate products and services we endorse, we encourage you to do your own research before making any purchase. It is your responsibility to determine if the product or service is right for you, and we cannot be held liable for any outcomes, positive or negative, resulting from purchases made through affiliate links.

Affiliate Program Participation
If applicable, we may participate in various affiliate programs, including:

  • Amazon Services LLC Associates Program: As an Amazon Associate, we earn from qualifying purchases made through links to Amazon.com and affiliated sites.
  • Share-a-Sale Affiliate Program: This program allows us to earn commissions by promoting products and services from small businesses within the program.

Any additional affiliate programs or partnerships we engage with will be disclosed within the relevant content.
